Annie Mac FundRaisingAs an artist, a teacher and a mother of three children, Anne Walsh has been widely exposed to the fundraising requirements of schools, athletic organizations and charities. That’s why we developed a very straightforward and simple way to fundraise for any important project.
The Opportunity
Here’s a non-fattening and unique fundraising opportunity for your organization - sell a specially-tailored pack of twenty popular cards in a sturdy keepsake box wrapped with a customized sleeve with name and logo of your group.
The Annie Mac Pac contains twenty assorted cards in a wide selection of designs from Happy Birthday to Thank You that makes it easy for everyone to send a card spontaneously when the occasion demands. We have over 300 card designs that you can view throughout our website.
Your committee selects the actual cards that go in the box. We prepare promotional material which can be circulated by email to solicit orders from parents, supporters, alumni, local businesses etc. For a commitment of 300 or more boxes, we will even arrange, at no extra cost, for the attractive boxes to be in your organization or school’s colours.
Sales Process
It’s simple:
- Boxes containing 20 cards are priced at $60 each. GST, PST, shipping and the donation to your PAC or organization are all included in the price.
- Your fundraising group commits to sell a minimum of 200 boxes to receive the donation. No financial commitment is required unless boxes customized in the school colour are requested. (Then, a deposit of 20% is necessary).
- Your group circulates the promotional material to parents and supporters. Responses are sent directly to AMD and the boxes are delivered to your group for distribution to purchasers. Or, we can ship direct to a customer where school pick up is not convenient.
Fundraising Potential
Our initial donation level is 15% of the sale for the minimum of 200 units. That increases to 20% for 1,000 plus units.
So, to reach your fundraising goals, how much money can you expect to raise in partnership with Annie Mac Design? If you sell:
200 Pacs . . . you raise $1,800
500 Pacs . . . you raise $5,250
1,000 Pacs . . . you raise $12,000
. . . There is no limit!
Other Rewards
If you commit to selling 500+ Pacs, we will provide a significant prize to be drawn from the names of all purchasers who participate. The prize value will increase depending on the level of your commitment. Prizes will vary from dinners for two, hotel accommodation and air flights depending on the chosen level.
The cards sell themselves however the inducements offer an exciting variation and will add significantly to the overall effectiveness of your fund raising effort.
During the fundraising effort and for three months afterwards, we will keep your organization on our website so that ongoing orders obtained online will receive a donation. Donations can also come from companies who buy our cards and select your organization for making a contribution.
