Over the past few years, my family and I have had the opportunity to sell my cards at a number of hospitals in Greater Vancouver.
Spending time at these hospitals has significantly increased our awareness of the many problems people face in life. But more importantly, it provided us with an insight into the spirit and determination with which people cope as we witnessed the energy, support and commitment provided by family, friends and hospital staff. We have made many new friends as a result.
To further support the work of these foundations, Annie Mac Design will donate a percentage of your purchase to the organization that you wish to nominate from the list below.
As I am asked to support various other fundraising efforts, I am delighted to also include these for donations. In addition to the health-related causes, I wish to support the work of Opportunity International, which assists small business in the third world. Please visit any of these websites to gain a greater appreciation of the work they are doing in many diverse areas.
